    Cures a thin layer of liquid resin with a UV lamp to build the object. Very high resolution and dimensional accuracy. Great for models, or applications requiring precision parts.

  • Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) Printing

    We work in tandem with BDL3D to offer MJF printing as a service!

    Parts are created by fusing nylon powder together using a binding agent. Isotropic strength and all the material benefits of using PA12 Nylon (strength, flexibility & impact resistance).

    No support material is required, making MJF perfect for ultra complex geometries, such as manifolds and topography optimized parts;

  • 3D scanner

    3D Scanning

    Captures the geometry & surface finish of an object, and converts it into a digital file. The file can then be modified, scaled, turned into a mould, 3D printed, or used as a render in digital content.

    Our scanner’s accurracy is less than 0.1mm, resulting in a near perfect replication of your part, including texture and full colour if required.
